What if I want to modify my order?

After you place an order you have limited time to request an order modification. Here are the details:
Any requests to change or cancel your order should be made within 30 minutes of order submission.
After 30 minutes your order may not be eligible for modification. Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing the shipping address.
However, once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you’d like to change your shipping address, you can do it in your end before the shipment.

First please login your “My Orders” program and then click “Track Order Details”. Find “EDIT” button below your “ship to” column and then change in your end.
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking “My Orders” to make sure you can receive your order.

Can I get same day delivery?

No! We do not provide same day delivery. However, we do provide free shipping within the USA.

Is it safe to pay online with a debit or credit card?

Using a debit card for online purchases is actually very safe though. Additionally, contrary to the myth that debit cards aren’t safe, they are more secure than cash and there’s a limit on what you’re liable for if there is theft.

Even so, you can make sure that when you use your debit card online, you’re protected.

How do I place an order from your store?

Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.
Tap Add to Cart.
When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon.
If you need to edit the items in your Cart, tap Save for later or Delete next to the item in the Cart.

You may select the items of your choice then add them to cart. You can modify the quantity of items you’d like to purchase from your Cart.

For pending items, press the Choose button to see results, then select an item to add the item to your Cart. After your have verified your order proceed to checkout.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal credit and Credit/debit cards for payments. Also, we accept temporary debit cards in the form of Visa, MasterCard or American Express gift cards.

What happens if I have a change of mind regarding my purchase?

We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at Derebbew Shoppe. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund / or exchange. However, please refer first to the full Derebbew Shoppe Policy for details.

How to return a product ordered on Derebbew Shoppe?

Products ordered at Derebbew Shoppe can be returned to our store. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable and a restocking fee is assessed.

What sould I do if a faulty damaged or incorrect product was delivered?

We apologize for the inconvenience, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as we can. Contact the Customer Service Center on Toll Free 1800 051 800 (9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday) and provide the item details from your receipt to assist us in identifying your purchase.
